1.APPLICATION FORM FOR ADMISSION :
The prescribed application form along with the
prospectus for admission into the different classes will
be sold one day after the publication of the result of
qualifying examinations,during the office hours of all
working days of the college from the selling counter on
payment of Rs.75 per application form.A candidate
applying for admission into Arts,Science and Commerce
streams has to submit separate application forms for
each stream. A candidate applying for admission into +3
Physical science or Life Science groups has to submit
separate application forms. |

2.PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION OF FORMS :
Completed forms along with all relevant documents
are to be submitted in the college on all working days
within the stipulated time i.e 15 days from the date of
publication of the qualifyingexamination results of date
decided by the Govt fo Orissa.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
(a) Original Money receipt in support of purchase of
application forms.
(b) One recent passport size photograph(attested on the
front)to be pasted on the specified space of the front
page of the application form.
(c) Attested copies of mark sheets and certificates of
all Examinations starting from H.S.C/Equivalent.
(d) Attested copies of School/College leaving
certificate and Conduct certificate from the Head of the
institution last attended.
(e) Attested copies of certificates to claim weightage
/quota from the reserved seat with caste certificate.
(f) Required pstage stamps on Intimation letter.
3.PERIOD OF ADMISSION :
The period of admission wil be decided basing on the
circular issued from the Council of Higher Secondary
Education, Orissa for +2 stream and fron Utkal
University, Bhubaneswar for the +3 stream.
4.RESERVATION OF SEATS AND WEIGHTAGE :
Reservation of seats and weightage for admission is
subject to the rules of instruction of Govt. and the DHE,
Orissa issued or to be issued from time to time for S.C/S.T,
and Physically handicapped students.
(a) 3% marks for N.C.C Cadets holding "B" Certificate.
(b) 5% marks for N.C.C Cadets holding "C" Certificate.
(c)10% marks for representing University/State/School/Sainik
school/All India level sports/N.C.C.
5.SELECTION PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION :
(a) Admission to the college cannot be claimed as a
matter of right and may be refused by the Principal
without disclosing any reason to the candidate. In case
of any disputes in admission matter, the decision of the
Principal is final.
(b) Selection of candidates for admission to all classes
shall be strictly on merit. At the end, the aggregrate
mark obtained by the candidate out of the maximum marks
in the qualifying examination shall be the sole basis.
(c) The marks secured by a candidate in Extra/4th
optional subject will not be taked into account for
determining the aggregrate marks for admission.
(c) For students passing compartmentally, the average
of the fail and pass mark in the subject will be taken
into consideration.
(d) After admission, the students should collect their
Identity Card,Library Card/Time Table,Money Receipt for
admission fees and all original documents which are not
to be retained by the college further.
6.MODE OF ADMISSION :
Selected candiates seeking admission will be informed
of their selection in order of merit by an intimation
letter by post. The college will not be responsible for
the postal delays or loss of the intimation.
7.DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT TIME OF ADMISSION :
(a)Original School/Collge Leaving Certificate with the
conduct certificate.
(b) Original Mark-sheet and Certificate of HSC or
equivqlent and qualifying examination.
(c) Two recent passport size photographs duly attested.
(d)All other documents in favour of claiming
Reservation/weightage.
(e) Caste certificate of S.C/S.T candidate and
repatriatism certificate for the Burma repatriate in
original.
(f) Intimation letter.
(g) Any other ducuments that the college may require.
